Master Scholarship The Foundation receives applications from candidates who do not have more than one year of postdoctoral research experience at the time of the deadline for submitting applications (July 14), and who has received his PhD (or D. Phil or equivalent.) Degree no more than two years before the limit time, or MD degree no more than three years before the deadline.
-Fellowships may be granted to U.S. citizens planning to work in laboratories in both the United States, Canada, and abroad and also for foreign citizens to study in the laboratory in the U.S. only

The Master Scholarship purpose of this alliance is to expand the postdoctoral training and experience, and significant changes from the recommended.
